Convert mixed numbers to improper fractions and vice versa
A series of mixed numbers and/or improper fractions is presented. All fractions have to be converted to the respective other form.
The number range for the denominator can be chosen. The direction for the conversion
can be chosen to be only one of these possibilities, or a mix of both. Additionally, it can be required that the result should be reduced to lowest terms as part of the problem statement.
The solution is provided with an intermediate step in the form of 23/4 = (5 * 4 + 3)/4 = 5 3/4.
